Wait anywhere. Good food finds you.

Alaiik is a digital pager for cafes and restaurants in Saudi Arabia. Instead of handing out buzzers, you show a QR code: the guest scans it, gets an order number on their phone, waits anywhere, and the phone rings when the order is ready.

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and their number opens straight away. No app to download, no account, no name and no phone number.

When staff mark the order ready, the guest's screen turns pink, the phone rings and vibrates, and it keeps reminding them until they're on the way. Guests can also turn on notifications to be alerted on the lock screen.

No buzzers and no special hardware. Show the QR code on a screen or print it, and your staff run the orders from a browser on any phone, tablet or laptop. Setup takes about 10 minutes.

Any place where guests order at the counter and wait: cafes, restaurants, bakeries, juice bars, food trucks and food courts, with one branch or many.

Yes. Every screen works in Arabic and English, and each guest can switch language with one tap.

Almost nothing is collected: no names, phone numbers or accounts. Each ticket and everything linked to it is deleted automatically 24 hours after it was created. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
